FITNESS SESSIONS ’10

For those of you wanting to do as Jane does… Matcham has designed an interval programme and there will be an optional fitness night on Tuesdays. This is by no means compulsory, but rather just an opportunity to gain some extra fitness if you feel so inclined.
The sessions will be varied, aswell as possibly the time and location. But check this posting for weekly updates as to time and place:
April 6th – Brittania Reserve 6pm
April 13th – Brittania Reserve 6.30pm CANCELLED: BAD WEATHER
April 20th – Brittania Reserve 6.30pm
April 27th – Brittania Reserve 6.30pm
May 4th – Brittania Reserve 6.30pm
May 11th – Andy & Amy on the Kakoda trail…
May 17th – Power hour @ Mt Lawley gym
May 24th – Power hour @ Mt Lawley gym (5.30 – 6.30, get there at 5.20 to register at the front desk. Say you are with Jess Valvasori if asked. Fitness class taken by instructor Mike.)
